We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns of unused items. You may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days of purchase delivery by emailing us at info@CourtCoutureTennis.com.

The buyer is responsible for return postage. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. However, this fee will be waived if you exchange the item for another one. Items must be received by Court Couture within 14 days after the return request. Any returns received outside this period will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e., if it is damaged, shows signs of wear or use, or is missing original tags, straps, or packaging.

Please note that we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage.
