Anabel was very helpful with my return. It took me a while to figure out how to process the return but once I logged into my account with my username and password, I was able to find the information there. I wish the delivery time could be a little quicker, but shipping is an expense, I know. My bag was a little larger than expected but I was able to exchange it for one I liked better, so all good.
