I had a great experience with Court Couture. I bought a tennis bag for my wife for her birthday after her description of what she liked. When she opened it she absolutely loved it. However, she preferred the Houndstooth backpack as it is more practical for her. Court Couture exchanged it with no problem. During the time it took for the exchange through UPS, my wife changed her mind again. She found a bag that she fell in love with and wanted it instead. Court Couture handled the situation perfectly and simply refunded the second bag (after we returned it) and we simply purchased the bag she wanted. Annabel was very understanding and communicated with us at each and every step. My wife gets compliments on her bag all the time and has recommended Court Couture many times. Anabel was very helpful with my return. It took me a while to figure out how to process the return but once I logged into my account with my username and password, I was able to find the information there. I wish the delivery time could be a little quicker but shipping is an expense, I know. My bag was a little larger than expected but I was able to exchange it for one I liked better, so all good.

Hampton Monogram Backpack. January 3, 2024. Well made. This is the 3 rd bag I bought. I play league tennis so I’m on the go 5 days a week. Holds up well. Beautiful print. A little on the heavy side but it stands up straight when on a bench or ground. I would buy it again.

Vintage Karisa Black. October 16, 2023. Best Tennis Bag Ever! In my 23 years playing tennis and captaining teams, I have probably owned 30 tennis bags. I have never owned the perfect one, until this one. Holds two racquets, and the main compartment holds a ton of stuff. The best part is that the bag stands up, so you can look straight in and see everything you have inside all at once. No digging through a slouchy bag, or odd shaped bag. It is also stunning, and easy to carry!
